My Favourite Riddims: Unda Wata

It was Machel Montano himself who reminded me of this Tony Kelly gem while I was interviewing him for Mixpak recently. Another hit riddim from one of the best dancehall years, 1999, Unda Wata has 9 cuts on a signature Kelly bassline, the biggest from Mr Vegas (nodding to Eek-A-Mouse), Beenie Man, Buju Banton, General Degree, a young Sean Paul and of course a young Machel on his first dancehall crossover.
